If you want to do 400mm plate and repper for your tackling do this:

[Punisher, ac/rep]

150mm Light AutoCannon II, Republic Fleet Fusion S
150mm Light AutoCannon II, Republic Fleet Fusion S
150mm Light AutoCannon II, Republic Fleet Fusion S
[Empty High slot]

Experimental 1MN Afterburner I
J5b Phased Prototype Warp Scrambler I

400mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Damage Control II
Small 'Accommodation' Vestment Reconstructer I

Small Trimark Armor Pump I
Small Trimark Armor Pump I
Small Trimark Armor Pump I

If you want the MWD, you swtich the guns to 125mm ac2 and the dc2 to some meta dc (depending on isk)

I love how you say your posting fits here to help noobs when you seem to think a nos empty's an opponents cap.

Cap heavy builds make your won cap % go down, making nos effective at lower your opponents cap while feeding your own.

On larger ships with cap boosters, you can feed neuts all day... but a frigates only defense against neuting is a nos. It a requirement for almost any serious tackler these days.

T2 frigates aren't that long of a train and the vengeance is significantly better than the punisher, would be preferable to training AC's while training amarr spaceship command skills....

Heavy neuts are way too powerful against frigates, dessies, and most cruisers, so the nos in the fitting is not such a bad idea.

I once played around on SiSi with a Phoon I called the "Jerkphoon," with 3 heavy neuts, autocannons, and 35 light drones, specifically to ruin tacklers. It was...interesting, to say the least.
