Bug? Agents all show as Event - Distribution

I'm in Jouvulen III - Science and Trade Institute School running the Caldari training missions in an effort to improve my standings with the Caldari State. There are 5 agents available, but they all show as type "Event - Distribution."

This seems like a bug. Can anyone confirm?

They are one-time Career Funnel Agents.

Most schools have few, if any, security (combat) agents as "Advisory" division was converted into Distribution division. I recommend finding a "regular agent" in the security division with another corp. Navies are popular, but not always the best choice.

I'm working my security status back up, so I have to start with the career agents. Not many agents are willing to talk to me. Oops

The Art of Fixing Security Status

TLDR; Roam around killing the highest bounty NPC in a system you can find, then repeat in another system. You can only get a security gain once every 15 minutes per system, hence visit lots of different systems to avoid the timer.
