Any of you guys had the moment watchiong someones solo pvp videos and thinking "I wish I could do that"? I sure do. Until I realized, that I can. So this is pretty much also my first solo experiences in eve. Ofc. some random accidental solo kills in the past, but I mean that this time I chose to go solo. I thought for a moment how to get a somekind of different approach to to the video compared to all the others. I came up with the idea of buying 10 feroxes (I efted a long time before I chose the Ferox) and one vulture. Frapsed every single engagement I could get with them. All fights, all deaths, all carebear ganks.

After about 5 minutes in to this project I noticed, that the hard part is not the solo itself, but start the fraps in time and the editing after that. So forgive me, the few fights, that start a little midfight and the really bad editing. I promise to get better to my next 10+1 video :p

All comments are welcome. Negative, positive, constructive, everything. I realize the fact I am not very good at solo (yet hopefully) and the problems on the technical aspect of the video.

All the material is done without scouts, without fleet bonuses and all ferox fights are without implants. In the vulture parts I had LG Snakes.

That maybe was the point of the whole thing. To give ppl the "realistic" picture of things, instead of just the exellent fights. Luckily I got few exellent fights in there aswell, but the fact still stands, that I was jammed almost half of the video. The new ancillary shield booster is immune to neut, whitch is nice, but the 60sec reload time is just too much.

I also got so frustrated during this to jamming, that I finally did write a long post to almost all of the CSM members about it including my idea of how to fix it. Main problem being with it, that its not fun. I dont care if im permajammed, if there is some way of telling, that If I did this or that, I could have avoided it, or if the gamemechanics itself would be fair.

Sure, more will come. I'm just in the process of searching the next 10+1 composition :) The obvious one would be ofc 10 cyclones and a claymore, but they are both little .. lame imo :p Was thinking on moa + eagle, brutix + eos, harbi + damna, typhoon + panther, tempest + vargur and geddon + navygeddon.. BS's are lil expensive in sutch bulk, but maybe manageable. Moa + eagle would be maybe nice. Harbi + damna would be good, beacause noone expects a damna to actually fight, then again it is known for huge buffer, so it prolly wants to gather big blobs :p

Any ideas, suggestions or hopes of whith 10+1 set would be next? :)

My thoughts on the video are a bit mixed.

A lot of fights were quite dull to watch, as they were either you getting ganked or you ganking someone else. In the future I would suggest rather than putting every single fight or death you had into a video, instead include only footage that you think others will find really exciting and interesting to watch.

Now, on the other hand, some of the fights in your video were really very good. The Brutix + Tempest fight in particular was outstanding and thoroughly heart-pumping. So you definitely have the ability to create a really solid, consistently good video if you become more selective with what footage you include.

How about 10 Bellicose and 1 Munin?

Yes, I was perfectly aware of that. Despite his intention, my opinion is that he could produce something of far higher quality if he abandoned the idea of including every single engagement. That doesn't mean he has to abandon his idea of a video showcasing the t1 and t2 variants of a ship.

I also understand that perhaps his intention is to show the good and bad of a ship and he specifically wants to include the blobs and fast losses. That's perfectly valid if he really wants to do that, I'm just presenting my opinion. Anyway, I probably should've explained this in my original post, sorry for the confusion :)

Cyclone is actually pretty good with dual large ancils, you just need a nos to keep your invuln running
