Pirate Faction Frigates

I am a big fan of those fun little pirate faction frigates, but I am also a total n00blet. I am not sure which ones are best for PvP or PvE. So, here's the deal. I want YOU to rate EACH of the pirate frigates on a scale of 1 to 10 in two categories: PvP effectiveness and PvE effectiveness. These are the five pirate frigates:
Cruor
Daredevil
Dramiel
Succubus
Worm

EDIT: I know there is no best ship, but this is based on what you prefer, not what has the best stats, most expensive, etc.

Dramiel or Daredevil for pvp, Worm for pve. Succubus and Cruor for...

I don't understand why people are so enamored with pirate frigs....you can do a lot more damage with a phoon or domi for the same price, or less, and won't be ganked by a marauding vexor.

That said, Goose pretty much summed it up.

The dramiel is the FOTM ship right now for frigates, with the daredevil a close second.

DPS has nothing to do with anything when doing inter-ship class comparisons. In a [pirate] frig you're not a sitting duck like a phoon or domi. In a frig you can choose your engagements, you can roam with less fear of being ganked, you can disengage from larger targets. In the right circumstances, a frig can actually kill those BSs, while they cannot hurt you unless you make a mistake. And a marauding vexor won't be a threat to your frig if you deny him the engagement.

Don't forget the regular old faction ships, Slicer, Hoobbill, Firetail, Navy Comet...

Dram/Daredevil are probably the most well suited to PvP these days for most situations. Though like in all EVE interaction it depends on the circumstances...a Cruor could kill them both easily...if it gets neuts on them...IF

In general the Dram has the speed and the bonuses to make it the most effective ship for selecting your engagements.
