CCP banned debit card payment?

Today I try to add game time with my debit card through paypal,but it failed serveal times, I called paypal,the CS explain that debit card payment is banned because the requirements of the CCP.
I don't think there is any problem with debit card payment,and I also know CCP is not China Communist Party.
What is the truth?

Probably best to make a petition or an email and ask CCP?

Really awful for me, I have only debit card to pay for eve.

Hope the problem will be solved soon.

I pay with debit cards all the time.

yes, it is probably a problem with china. most things like this situation are since unfortunately the OP's countrymen like to rip people off.

UK debit cards work fine. At least for me and 4 other people I know.

Same issue, attempted to add a new account with my debit card. Ended up using paypal to get my 2nd account.

Debit cards have been working for me for quite a while, even using paypal with them, so can only imagine that the bank issuing the debit card is the problem, paypal for instance will only require you to have the amount clear before validating the payment if the debit card is not backed by either visa or mastercard.. i think those are the 2 main ones, there may be others but, it really boils down to how good is your bank. That paypal refused to guarantee payment pending the amount clearing, is a clear indication that all is not well, especially as CCP would not accept it as a payment without paypals guarantee of payment.

short answer, change banks to one that has a internationally recognised guarantor backing the debits, i know some don't for instance, accept payments backed by, just for example, american express, and for equally valid reasons which probably best not to go into too much here.Blink
