I am posting this for a friend of mine because they cannot connect to the client, or the website, or Sisi. The character in question is Ava Starfire.

Their internet is otherwise unaffected, but the launcher is showing Tranquility as being down, the EVE website does not connect, they cannot connect to Sisi. They would like to know what potential causes this could have, and ideally how they can fix it.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I'm actually having the same issue, as yet unresolved, as are a few other compatriots dotted across the U.S. Even now I can only access the forum by tunneling through a work machine.

This doesn't appear to be CCP related at first glance, though I can't really say where exactly the failure is. For me, the traceroute dies somewhere in Washington DC, for another, Chicago.

If you (or probably your friend) are having issues, I suggest asking your ISP if there are any known problems with the network right now.

i had this issue to, thankfully it started working again in the last few minutes
