Currently (May 24) we notice continued possible inaccuracies in member count and member lists of chat channels. Under certain circumstances logged off characters will still appear in chat channels (while they shouldn’t be displayed there). Currently we are working on a fix for this issue.

This is what the official stance is. Possible inaccuracies? Are you serious? Possible? That's like saying humans "possibly" need oxygen to survive. There is no "possible". The bug is proven fact. I love the language you use to try to marginalize it though and make it sound unimportant. Great damage control. You'd swear this stuff is written by lawyers.

Seriously guys, this is a BIG DEAL. This isn't a minor bug. This significantly breaks the game for people in 0.0 and low sec. It's been 3 days. Fix it!

People were constantly telling me I was crazy. For a long time I didn't believe them, but after a while, I started to think they might be right.

But it turns out that they were all wrong. One of the voices in my head is a psychiatrist and he says I'm perfectly sane.
