Popped into Brap again this afternoon, and ice mining seemed to be in full effect..Not a lot of Macks on the field, though there were some RR effects going and maintenance bots flying around.

What I did not notice was a lack of idle pods as compared to the other day.

Stating "To be in full effect" would imply that the volume of mining is the same as before.

It has significantly fallen off, and our gankers are roaming from system to system usually every couple hours. Give it time and those in the belts will either die or supertank themselves to where the only person they're trolling is themself.

Point taken; I don't watch markets or anything just looking at pilots in local etc, and wrecks (and CONCORD) in the ice belt when I show up for popcorn time.

Watched a few warp ins/outs and headed back to to bear-land to decline another mission.

Can't really recall the last time I sat in a SB cloaked and watched people zap rocks, but it was certainly more entertaining than shooting little red "X's" as the uncertainty factor was obviously much higherSmile

I cant speak for others, but for me suiciding miners was all about pissing people off. I have a nice catalog of hate mail for my troubles too.

Perhaps some time I can regale you with stories like jumping 4 thoraxes piloted by -10 toons 8 jumps through empire just to kill a Hulk. That my friend is dedication.
