I am very pleased to announce the discovery of the very first ever, Wormhole Sleeper Deadspace Complex.

Unfortunately I was not able to find its acceleration gate to find out what class of Deadspace Complex it was, or to complete it. But I am super psyched about this

hello, first time poster long time reader here...

i dont usually participate on this "fix my bug first" shouting match.. but first time for everything.. Shocked

anyone alse having these "wont respond" issues... somehow everytime i do anything in eve after inferno launch ... it just randomly stops responding, then i need to wait it to start working again.. IF it starts working again.. Ugh

Somehow eve messes up my internet connection since when eve stop responding and comes back, if it comes back.. firefox wont find anything anymore, just says connection error...

the only way to get everything working normally is to restart my computer... and that ladies and gentlemen is annoying... Evil

i have 4 alts and while i really dont want to unsub them and be a part of this "im gonna unsub all my and my friends accounts if you dont give me what i want" movement, but if this keeps up im forced to... because as it is now i CANNOT play eve... eve wont let me...

the simple task of sending an evemail is a risk, and oh god if might choose to close the client... it makes me wait 5minutes before anything happens...

hope it all works out and i can start playing again.... Ugh

Before I file the bug report, there seems to be something really weired with the way wars are billed. Or I missed something (this is probably the case).

Last night I war deced an alliance consisting of 3 corps totaling 9 people. I paid the bill of 50mil and got a mail saying I would owe another 50mil next tues. All well and good. Then today I get a mail saying I have also declared war on another crop I have never heard of. When I check the info, this new corp shows it joined the allince I had deced today, yet the alliance I deced does not show them as a member. The mail also said I will owe 100mil next wed (I guess on top of the 50mil I owe on tues) to continue the war with this corp... a corp that has 16 members!

Can someone explain (dev please) what the bloodyell is happening?

- Scrolling in windows

Just lately we got the nice feature where you hover the move over any "scrollable" window and we were able to scroll in that without clicking on that window first. This is not working anymore.

GPU particles turn themselves back on magicly on every game restart.

Checkbox says they're off, but after starting EVE again I clearly see missile trails.
Toggling the checkbox on/off turns them off again. But clearly this setting isn't saved.

Hello,

After this morning's maintenance window on 5/23/2012 all my station warehouses in the condensed inventory (with all their contents) are gone from JU-OWQ VII - JU-rusalem. This also includes any ships I had within the ship hangar.

I had the following station warehouses:

1) Processing Center
2) Meta-4 Warehouse
3) Meta-5 Warehouse
4) Jita Warehouse
5) Smelting Warehouse
6) Hardware Reserves

I had miscellaneous Large Standard Cargo Containers that are gone as well. My ships are gone as well. Please put them back. I estimate I have lost two PLEX worth of items, pretty much my entire game. Thank you.

When I have chosen another active ship, it become active only after undocking. So I need to activate the ship, undock, then dock back and only then I was able to load cargo.

Aggro issues.
I noticed a guy that will gladly steal a can , so i pepered one for him and waited nearby in a ship.
I was observing local but nothing happened ... until someone from my corp told me that this guy have a red skull for few minutes now.

I warped and the can was gone and i stil didnt see a skull on this guy, eaven after restart of the game.

yep, i noticed this annoying issue as well, thankfully it seems only the new inventory UI has kept the bothersome behavior of ignoring it's state and reverting to default when session changes happen though, at least as far as i can tell, the jukebox even stays in it's smaller configuration when session changing for once, yay.

also not trying to be insulting, but who the hell thought combining the ships and items hangar into this new UI was a good idea? if anything keep the old ships and items icons while docked for redundancy and ease of use, there's no reason to complicate a simple action however.

now switching a ship or picking up something i've bought from a station requires one of the following:
1. double as many clicks as before, if i want to keep the sidebar hidden i've got to temporarily open it and access the ships/items hangars from there and then close it again.

OR
2. leave the sidebar open the entire time, unfortunately enough this isn't really an option afaic, the sidebar takes up quite a lot of valuable screen real estate in the new UI panel, that's not useful to me personally, i prefer UI that is clean, minimal and functional.

what i propose:
this honestly should be a somewhat easy thing to fix, when the sidebar is minimized or hidden or whatever you want to think of it as have the most useful tabs iconized with a filters link that could expand it or open a separate dialogue (whichever is easiest) as well as icons for the useful inventory tabs, for the filters icon also add a second one so that you can pin any of your filters you please at will as an icon along the top of the UI, heck now that i think about it just let people pin any of the individual filters/inventories and other stuff to the top of the UI as they choose.

while i'm at it, honestly a dedicated icon for your drone bay could be pretty cool too.

I am not a dev, but this is what I believe is happening:

In inferno they fixed the way wars move with corps.
1: You decced an alliance with 3 corps.
2: 1 war is set up for the "you vs alliance x"
3: A 4th corp join the alliance, realizes that they are in war with you, then bails out of the alliance again.
When doing this, the war moves with them and a separate war is set up between you and corp 4

You now have two wars:
1: you vs alliance x (50m)
2: you vs corp 4 (50m)

As the minimum pay is 50m pr war, the total will now be 100m and that is what you are seeing in your mail.

I guess the new anti-shedding mechanics can be exploited that way. If a small corp A deccs Alliance X (with 10 corps), then every corp leaves the alliance, corp A will now have 10 separate wars instead. I guess it's not a problem for the most part, although it can get crippling for a small corp with a poor economy.

That deadspace signature always spawns with a wormhole since wormholes came out. In fact it's ability to decloak ships without warning has been in the bug report system for the two years.

But basically when you probe, you are probing out that invisible object.

Ah thank you, that makes sense. Gigantic hole of an exploit, but makes sense.

My lauccher had to update, but it didn't work : i received a long log which tell me to relaunch the launcher .

I tried to launch repair.exe but it didn't work ...

i simply hate this new launcher which his completely useless, slow to launch and which provocate many issues

any idea to fix that ?

If you're online when the "can fight" time on a war that you've joined as a defender is reached you can't actually legally shoot at your war targets and have to relog in order to be able to shoot them without being concorded.

Also the war cost formula multiplies the total cost of declaring war on a corporation of X size by the number of active wars that you have. So if you have two active wars then declaring war on GSF for example costs 3 billion isk.

yeah had to wonder about that as well, a simple dialogue box stating "you will need to manually start the launcher again after this update applies" would have been all that was needed, minor issue though imo.

Chat bugs still exist (i.e. it doesn't log toons off). I'm looking at 2 of my chars in chat that logged off hours ago.
Jita local shows 4400 chars and climbing.

Nope, this fix, listed in the patch notes, apparently never made it into the patch. Indeed, the problem has gotten worse: now not only can you not remove the Corporation icon, but the Inventory icon now also reappears after removal.

I am able to pull the eyes out of my characters head when customizing in the resculpt mode. (Enough that there is texture errors and such)
