Amarr V3: Are Prorators and Sigils Supposed to Look Alike?

I know they share the same hull, but now they look exactly the same. The Prorator (the T2 cloaky transport ship for Amarr) used to be more blue and light gray. Now it looks like the same as a T1 Sigil. Shouldn't the T2 version have something distinctive about it?

what ships got changed because i dont see anythign new except for the ugly purifier

Almost all Amarr subcap ships. Only exceptions are Providence and Legion (and ships using Maller hull they changed earlier).

I'm not familiar with the look of the Prorator, but CCP's (very lazy?) art department is slowly removing the unique T2 bits from every updated or new T2 ship.

The Prorator has the Ardishapur Family logo on it, not the Viziam one so it seems like the manufacturer has changed but the description text hasn't been updated.

That's old news - me and various others pointed it out before when they were on Sisi - Viziam ships have the Ardishapur crest, Carthum Conglomerate seems to have been bought by the Sarum Family and Khanid Innovation ships have the Khanid Kingdom crest rather than the actual manufacturers.

I don't get why they didn't just go with the original manufacturers logos - it's not like they would have looked worse - well maybe Khanid Innovations logo would have been a bit overloaded.

Anyway - Viziam ships were kind of 'meh' before the patch and still are, same goes for Carthum ships (if it wasn't for the wrong logo, I'd actually may like them a little better now) and as expected, Khanid skins look atrocious compared to what they used to look like.

The curse is worst - the blue window lights look completely washed out, the ebony black turned into some smudgy combination of shades of grey the antennas came off and it has some redish position lights instead.

One of the most beautiful designs Eve had now beyond fugly - and trust me I know fugly...

The only ships that definitely look better are the Blood Raider ones...

The current artist is clearly unable to make things black, everything that was black is not that same half assed grey.
