Proposal (sort of): Please don't fix local

Ok, ok, I know. CCP are inevitably going to fix it (which is why I posted this in GD and not F&I), but seriously, I actually quite like it like this.

It provides some intel, but the intel isn't perfect and some people are actually starting to disregard it without bothering to check who on the local list is even online. And it must be driving the bots crazy!

As for as local Intel upgrades go, even if this was unintended I'm all for it. CCP please, by all means, take your time fixing this one. I'll be right back I have to go log off a few PvP characters in busy systems.

I think what CCP could do, and what I think would be neat, is a pre-announced 1 week trial period where local functions like it does in wormholes. That way people could get a feel for it, and if it sucks, it gets scrapped.

Zero local would just mean constant black ops and titan bridge hot drops. I like it at the moment because there is some intel, but it isn't perfect. It's nice Lol

Its terrible because its equivalent to no intel, since you don't know which intel in local is correct and which isn't . I just ain't loggin in much till its fixed, cos I don't like being in a wormhole everywhere.

Dont fix local but instead give us ability to scan for cloaked ship or new module that decloaks everything on grid etc.

Hardly, when you enter a system add the people who are already there to watch list. And if you see no one in local then you know beyond all doubt, and without even checking anything, that the system is empty.

I don't think you've been in many wormholes, it works a little differently.

But seriously, it would equate to a massive null sec anomalies nerf. Otherwise I'd be fine with it, but anoms are worthless enough as it is.
