We recently joined a Corp in SYNDI which fell apart after CEO quit.

I and many of my friends moved over, we had awesome fun while it lasted.
I am now looking for something simular to replace this.
Here's what we need. Please do not reply if you do not cater for everything listed.

Large EU time zone active player base.

NPC Space nullsec only. We are not interested in SOV.

Stable Environment - I can not stress this enough for we are tired of moving.
We need a home that isn't going to crumble two months down the road.

PVP! in all of its forms. We are capable of Armour/Shield standard fleets.
We also have a number of capital capable pilots.

PVP is priority, So you must have FC's running fleets on a regular basis.

We want a home, we do not want to have to be moving around the universe everyweek.
We also want to feel at home and be proud to call your Alliance\Corp our home.

We also need the options to make ISK, some of us only have one character so ISK making potential needs to exist for replacing ships.
