Unfortunately all those useful infos will be useless for me now... I have been kidnapped by a pvp corpo and they do not use Drone boats ;)

But I'll keep my Myrmidon in my hangar to use it when I will do pve stuff ^^

So now I'm alone again... I'll go the Dominix way...

And so I need advice about how to fit a Dominix to easily solo L4 missions, semi afk (I don't say I'll be afk, but I want to be able to chat and do other things while my sentries are killing everything).

I have seen a not too bad fit but it is both a mission and pvp fit as they have put warp disruptor and stasis.

Armor tank? Shield tank? I need to know so I can train the good skills...

Navy dominix is way too expensive for me. I'll be able to use T2 sentries in 18 days.

What I wonder too... if the goal is an afk kind of dominix, what use are guns in high? ^^

And... the GILA is perhaps a bit expensive too...

I just need a ship to solo L4, to earn money. I think I'll try the industrial way, but as it is expensive I need to be able to do L4 to earn money... and btw should I take a Noctis to salvage my L4? :)

Since the OP already has passive shield skills, Gila then on to a Rattlesnake looks likke a good call. They are pirate ships, but they are among the cheapest of them. As the end option, the Rattlesnake uses drones and missile and can have as much tank as you want. As in, pull the toughest rooms in any level 4 and giggle as you tank it all. Once you get comfortable with it you can start replacing tank mods for gank ones.

He thinks gila is expensive but the 3 cruiser sized boats comfy with lvl 4s are gila , ishtar and tengu. Of them gila is the one with lowest skill requirements , and probably better damage output than ishtar . Tengu is the fastest mission runner of the 3 but doesn't use drones.
I wouldn't even consider the myrm a drone boat really since it can't even launch a full flight of sentries. Hell you can probably fit a proteus with 4 sentries but still that doesn't make it a full drone boat. In fact you can fit 5 sentries in a navy phoon (and still have space for smaller drones) but that doesn't make it a drone boat either.

In my eyes the drone boats are : gila , ishtar , RS , domi and navy domi.

Yes and for now I'll go the dominix way. Not the navy one, too expensive. Gila is expensive too, if I remember well it is about 450M on the market.

So a standard domi, I'll have to figure out how to fit it well for L4 missions now...

the Gila is about a third of that. You just need to check a market with higher volume.

Sigh.... you guys have great arguments and all but really an active armor tanked myrm?! Myrm's are bad ass passive shield tankers too man you should try one out sometime. one Passive Shield tank myrm when fit right can easily tank a few player flown hacs or a couple player flown bc's.....

It can tank L4 but its got the DPS output of a cruiser.
