Ships and names don't correlate

For some reason my ships and their pictures do not correlate. I can't rename ships in order to try to fix the problem. Each ship shows a pic of the wrong ship it is supposed to represent. Whenever I try to change active ships the pics and names of my different ships change. It's like a jigsaw puzzle trying to figure out which ship is which. WTF is going on?

Anyone else having this problem?
