Actually, now that I think about it, historically the Vikings did a really good job of pushing their agenda on other cultures without so much as a by-your-leave. Can this behavior be passed down ? Thoughts ? Bear

+1 i think the new inventory system interface should be ported over to assets and the invetory interface put back to how it was

I, like many others, prefer opening multiple windows, and I like those windows to save their current positions and states accordingly.

There's a reason why MS gave us both options, not sure why CCP can't figure that part out.

+1 a loss of functionality is never a step forward.

Edit; omfg just found out the loot windows have been tied into this travesty too, reducing functionality and ease of use ever further.

The problem with needing Windows Explorer Eve Edition is that I actually have to be able to do things to accumulate the items it's meant to help me sort. That's a much more difficult task today. I want a disable button. I asked for it back when this was first revealed. You can re-write the current system to make it more useable, but I want the old UI back until it's finished.

Hmm, i'll have to go on record to disagree with all of you and say that i absolutely love the new system, it's made my life much easier.

I have now done POS operations, missions looting, and 5 minutes of mining.

The more I use this UI the more I despise it.


This had to be designed by a relative of the idiot who invented tree view for Windows Explorer but with the added handicap of not having provided backwards compatibility to a system that worked just better.

Yes it looked less slick, less "concept" but it WORKED and fast.

Docked and checking out the new inventory interface, meh, something new to deal with and figure out some workarounds.
