What is nerfed now about caldari? The Tracking disruption stuff? Something only a few small gang pvpers fit?

Gotta say, you're all saying "WE HATE THE DRAKE THANK GOD ITS NERFED", but all other caldari ships are absolutely gimped, minus the tengu. Why not show THEM some love?
