If only T2 and faction mods it's: ~550 vs 950.

My whole first post was a thought experiment wherein the legion gets the same bonuses to RoF and damage as the tengu in an (obviously futile) attempt to point out that the strength of the tengu is not that it uses HMLs but rather that it gets am effective 100% bonus to dps.

TL,DR A Legion can do lvl4's. A Paladin or NM is way better. Hence the Legion is not effective.

Legion does 0 dps at 100 km.
Tengu does 700+ dps at 100 km.

Now go and shoot some missiles. This expansion is what you trained your missile skills for after all.
