Ok I'm going to give you some honest advice and assume this is not a troll.

Join a player corp. A small-medium sized good one that is active in your TZ. They're a little hard to find but most decent corps are full of reasonable people. A good corp will give you advice, fittings, perhaps ISK or ships if you're in need or maybe protect you when you need it.

If this does not appeal to you then you must understand that being on your own means it's you vs the rest of EVE. A challenge for even the experienced players.
