I am Mnna, Ruler of the Planet Omicron Jitaei VIII. CCP's new inventory system confuses and infuriates us.

...But the missile changes are freakin' shiny; I suspect a great deal of inventory fury is being countered by people being too distracted by pretty, pretty missile trails to ragequit about it.

Server is unstable and at least for me, tends to lockup the client and the amount of players logged in the game varies by several thousand depending on when you check, so i'm guessing i'm not the only one with issues here, but i don't really mind the unified inventory system, and the missile effects look awsome too for the short time i played until said lockup.


Having said that, i've give eve a break for a few days and let CCP work out the remaining kinks, as is usual for any expansion over the past 9+ years....

That's the work of the WAAAHmbulance. It goes around picking up threads that have collapsed into tantruming heaps. CCP knows its player base well, so it keeps the vehicle's crew on constant red alert.

well, I've heard a few people saying how much they "like the new inventory system" but for me so far it's a big pain in the butt.

Interestingly no one who has said they liked the thing can give any reasons why they think it's better... but people who feel it's bad have many reasons to go back the the old inventory.

  - remove the cloaked from local; free intel is the real problem, not  "afk" cloaking -

Some of America snuck a peek while still at work.
From what little I saw, the UI complaints are more than justified.
A case of fixing something that wasn't broken to begin with.

The developer silence on the matter seems to indicate it's a pet part of the expansion to them and they'll dig in their heels before admitting it was a bad idea.

Soooo...It's either grit your teeth and put up with it or unsub and play something else.
