Pod killing with the new global criminal updates

With the new updates, does that effect anything about pod killing someone who is flashy red to you. And if you still get concorded for podding someone who is flashy red, does that still apply to someone who has a bounty? IE, someone is flashy red to you, they have a 75 mil bounty on them, you take out their ship (legally because of whatever reason they are flashy red to you), can you pod them for the bounty without worrying about concord?

if they are still flashy red, it now means you can shoot them unless you screwed with your overview. before if they were gcc, any ship, including pod, would be flashy. now when they commit the gcc and get concorded, their pod wont blink unless you can legally shoot em.

Be-careful with that..

Just after the last update I killed a pod that was red flashy to me, took no GCC but lost -1.0 + in sec status.. CCP of course claimed logs showed nothing and claimed it was bad OV set up.. Roll

I'm pretty sure there were no gameplay-affecting Crimewatch updates in Inferno.

i was wondering that too. i had heard that the GCC updates were supposed to be with inferno but never saw anything about it on the update post

Crimewatch 2.0 was never part of Inferno plans, it's slated for later this year (rumors say "end of summer").

Yeah, what a bunch of BS from CCP. I pod killed someone who was red to me and lost a full point sec status. I petitioned it but I'll probably get the same response from them.
