1: We're really trying to thin down the right click menu, so I'd prefer not having them back. One thing we could look into is shortcuts to different sections of the unified inventory? So you'd still open the unified inventory, but just on the exact tab you want.

2: Definately dealing with this. Not sure what the solution is but needs to be dealt with.

3: Fixed in tomorrows patch over downtime.

A right click menu with 15 options is about the worst functionality in the world.


Not being able to have multiple windows if you want them is about the worst functionality in the world. Can't believe you guys ignored the feedback in the test thread.

flew around in an 80+ fleet relatively recently and theres some serious issues jumping around, a lot more so than pre-patch.

time dilation wasnt activating and people were getting many more traffic advisories than normal. lots of people reported rubber banding when landing on gates (aka landing on gate and then re-living the experience over and over).

plus many people who eventually jumped through sometime found themselves warping off to 1m km from the gate, or just loading grid 1m km from the gate they were jumping to.

plus low and behold the standings/overview bug is still in effect! dammit!

I've logged in to find I only have 1 chat window out of my usual 6 with local also gone on top of that. I've undocked, docked, jumped gates, dragged windows round and clicked everywhere I can think of. Nothing.

I have big issues in-game with... the game itself.

Trying to engage combat, 30 sec and picture showing me flying one direction, but really ship is orbiting enemy, because messages in the center of screen tells that. Only client reboot helps to show the real picture.

When missiles firing, i have a huge FPS drop. From 55-60 to 4-5.
HIS ATI Radeon 4850 1Gb, driver updated to 04/25/2012
Direct X 9.0c latest from microsoft.com.

Dunno what to say.

I just cant play because of patch. Absolutely.

All i can do - manage planetary bases. I cant do anything that involves combat.

One time when fps drops - i saw this.

How do I control which window an inventory opens in when I click “open“ on it?
Which window will inventories automatically open in when they become available?
How do I protect a window from not opening anything but the one inventory it's showing, causing a new window to spawn if it's the only window available?

Seriously. I'm sick of this new inventory system. I realize it's bugged and you're working on a fix, but this break is ridiculous. Shift clicking is a pain in the ass, especially when you've got your fingers lined up over the function keys operating modules while dragging/dropping items.

God this new inventory system is annoying, and I generally refrain from bitching about updates because I know I'll get used to it. But this just sucks. Very much, it is very inconvenient.

For example, it is impossible to open at first with it the cargo of the ship (in dock), in a small window with the curtailed tree "catalogue" and there and then to open a station hangar. And where have put an option to open dron-bay separately through RCM by the ship?? There was an icon with a hangar, plus to everything earlier, is taken out separately on neocom. (Also it is not necessary for me to speak here about everyones Shift+click and an other crap). It was normal, worked. It perhaps the only thing that in еве is always normal and without glitches worked.

Return pls all as was!!! 1 this "creativity"... It is a ****-up simply...

Believe to me (and not only me) MANY WINDOWS it is completely not bad, and in some plan even it is convenient.

Make already an option then, well there a tick what-thread that it was possible to choose old stock. Also will see, new will use упоротые units!! 111

We understand you want things to be accessible, HOWEVER besides having neocom buttons createable, and making the fix for the open cargo to actual open ONLY CARGO.... YOu need to reconsider this

I get the fact the new Inventory system is sexy and works, but the fact is a large majority of players like the right click shortcut, and i would recommend making it a shortcut, even if eventually it becomes an unused shortcut because people adapt to the new methods, thats not a reason to just drop the shortcuts from right click menu where everyone is used to them, people want the shortcuts they want there ship button, they want there fuel button....

There shortcuts for a reason they get us there quickly, the new inventory is truely sexy, and if you guys do get to adding universal search as was shown at the fanfest pictures it'll be even more awesome...

But don't just refuse to put the shortcuts in the right menu because your trying to make things more visible, make them more visible ... BUT LEAVE THE TRIED AND TRUE METHODS, that a large majority of players like, especially in something as oft used as the inventory, i dont see how the drone/cargo/fuel/corp hanger links in right click were so bad it was the perfect spot if you ask me.

Please reconsider, as you'll be surprised how many that annoyance is causing, i mean seriously people complaining about more clicks will be so much happier with the shortcuts back.

You can have multiple windows. Shift click an inventory and they get separated.


With all this new fuctionality useing shift and alt we need to be able to map 4th and 5th mouse keys to alt and shift in client.

also Corp hanger functionality needs to come back and be able to open with one mouse click

umm dude, windows 7... right click on desktop... 13 in list... and i'm pretty sure microsofts User Assurance research is far more extensive than CCP.

We'll need to do something like that. The big issue with hiding them completely is that while you might not have access to take stuff from them, you could have access to drop into them. Anyway, we're meeting in the morning to talk possible solutions. Sorry for the hassle meanwhile.

Please group POS guns in inventory, this is reallly annoying.

And sometimes it take 15seconds to load inventory.

how about for pos items just group them all into folder style trees...

ie all guns that appear individually right now are grouped into a Guns folder that expands to large/med/small guns folders and then further to the individual guns.

then copy that form over to other POS gear thats generally in multiples on a pos (ie silos)

Inventory window does not store view settings for individual item categories. For example, it is no longer possible to see ships as "Icons" and items as "Details" at the same time. This is a bit annoying.

The Guardian shows an incorrect corporation decal. It shows the Sarum Family decal, instead of the Carthum Conglomerate decal.

The Paladin shows the Sarum Family decal, instead of the Carthum Conglomerate decal. This was reported on the Test Server subforum.

The Anathema shows the generic Amarr decal, instead of the Khanid Innovations decal.

The Purifier is missing its corporation decal.

In general, I suspect most of the Amarr ships have the wrong decals. Either give them the right decals to match the descriptions, or change the descriptions. This issue was reported when Amarr V3 was released onto the test server some weeks ago, and I am very surprised that it has made it to release.
