1: We're really trying to thin down the right click menu, so I'd prefer not having them back. One thing we could look into is shortcuts to different sections of the unified inventory? So you'd still open the unified inventory, but just on the exact tab you want.

2: Definately dealing with this. Not sure what the solution is but needs to be dealt with.

3: Fixed in tomorrows patch over downtime.

4: This doesn't have much to do with the unified inventory, but yes, I completely agree.

Opening the new unified inventory takes over a minute. I can't figure out any way to *not* use it (which I thought was promised in a dev blog). Well, there goes docking to switch ships "real fast".

When docked in a station, the player absolutely must be able to get to the ships and items stored there at the best speed possible, items stored elsewhere could be loaded in as a background task and populated into the unified inventory as they are retrieved, rather then waiting for the entire inventory list of the player to load. Further Items within ships in the current station other then the active ship are also secondary to the list of ships, items in hanger "floor", and items within the active ship's hold. Items within containers in inventory and items in ships in the current station should be loaded on demand if the container is viewed, or as part of the background inventory request for all items.

Sadly it is obvious this did not receive enough testing or QA, or that the feedb before being released.

The ship inventory window is opening up after every single gate jump.

On the Hawk you almost managed to fit the wing tip launcher on the actual launcher hardpoint according to the graphics. The current placement looks silly as the launcher base is like 3 times bigger than the wingtip it is attached to.

Currently, if I open corp hangars, my client gets bogged down if I switch ships. The client gets unresponsive. It's worth noting that one of the corp hangars has well over 1000 items between it and all of the GSCs/warehouses inside.

Let's not forget that if I expand the "Member Hangars" section, woe is me.

npc alts have no opinions worth consideration

and removing all the ones that are needed and every short cut is the way to go?

while i can agree that some of the crappier options could have gone. open fuel bay, open corp hanger were not on that list.

show info, that can go, the one about that crap quarters thing, bin that. add to quick bar, well that can fo also..

edit. some are dupicated short cuts also. undock why the hell does that need to be in the right click menu on a docked ship, can people not find the big yellow undock button. and the crap quaters thing, its on the station panel..

Go to the ESC menu >Reset Settings > Rest Window Position. That'll stiop it form popping up every session change. Band-aid I know but it will help.

Another awesome bug.

Land at a pos with > 300 pos mods aka a wormhole deathstar and main tower. It takes 4 minutes for the UI window to load the 100 different batteries, smas, corp hangars, the lazers of doom and everything.

I do not know if someone has already pointed that out

New launchers are like turrets. they rotate. but the animation rocket launches, always shows that the launchers firing more or less forward. If we shoot the target behind us, still animated rocket launches will be firing forward and then directed to the target

I observed it on heavy missiles

Issue 2, not listing your active ship in the hangar makes fitting multiple ships of the same type annoying as hell.

The EST price doesn't count mods on the ship making it pretty freaking useless.

The combination of the two makes it more difficult than it should be to fit multiple ships at a time if they are of the same type.


Having to have another window open anyhow just to fit rigs makes this whole thing questionable at best. It isn't saving me time, it isn't more convenient and it isn't saving space.


Double clicking on a ship now freaking boards it instead of opening its cargo-hold. Over all this new system blows and i have strong doubts that the people that made it actually play.

i have this funny problem since the patch i cant see any of the Amarr ships

Another Awesome Bug #2: Be at a death star pos with > 200 pos mods and loads of SMAs and corp hangars. Have someone board a ship, congraulations as your UI now attempts to refresh everything.

I just undocked with my corp to test the new missiles at eachother and now when i undock in Arshat after a minute of flying...

1-- Screen freezes
2-- The game tells you that you just entered the system?! although i was outside the station the whole time.
3 -- After that you cant navigate your ship untill you relog the game.

Judging by you killboard record and your age in game, I can tell that you have close to NONE experience in PVP and industry, manufacturing, inventions, POS's and about any other aspect of the game besides rating in null sec, but I will give you an insight.

Most of the times in any of the above activities you have to manage MULTIPLE windows and when it comes to PVP, time of of the essence. It is not as easy as you think, it is not only "one extra click", but multiple extra clicks over and over again and browsing through that tree inventory window every time you want to do whatever. It might not seem too complicated for you, but for someone that does more than ratting and managing a couple of ships IT IS.

just because i have a 2010 character doesnt mean that i dont have knowledge about game mechanics, so before you make snap judgements why dont you keep your mouth shut before someone shuts it for you... and as for the inventory problem.. hte more people that blow up the forums the more CCP isnt going to read each individual post because they all say the same thing, so they are just going to skim through them, which directs attention away from other issues that also need to be adressed, and sure maybe the invetnory system didnt need to be changed, but people have been able to check it out for a while now and yet next to noone has had a problem with it until today? Rolling it back would take a large amount of work considering the fact that if they did it would most likely cause even more problems with other features of the game. so unless you want to experience more problems than get solved stop blowing up the forums about the bloody unified inventory...

Drone Damage Amplifier I Blueprint" can not be invented, there is no chance of it succeeding.

secondly why the hell do i need to see the guns in the inventory tab on my POS..... they outside the shield they nowhere NEAR the corp hanger get rid of them

edit - and why are there ppl showing in local and chats and fleet AFTER they log off...... whats jita count upto now??

I would honestly hate to be a new player with the way the new UI is.

Ive opened it up and its just a mass Cluster F*** of POS mods - corp hangar arrays - which have their own tabs within. With that you have no clue which hanger your opening, as it displays all of them instead of just the one your opening... (All of which are named the same)

I just want to open one hangar and just see that hangar. I dont need to see every hangar - gun etc.
