a way to make destroyers useful

just wanted to take a second to throw this out there as to me it seems an obvious way to make a destroyer class ship worth flying. In reading through th posts on the forums there seems to be alot of the usual I hate afk cloakers, blah blah blah crap, also in my time in 0.0 have on occation been irritated by folks in cloaking ships to that end , and in the interests of making destroyer which are frankly worthless and un used be actually functional as something more then a pretty light show when they pop from someone farting in their general direction or as a salvage ship why not implement an additional module , only fitted to a destroyer hull, with sufficently high skill requirements to make having it something that had to be worked for at least a bit, that fires off a pulse, call it graviton distortion wave if you want that would render cloaked ships visible, and targetable within a distance of say 30 - 50k dependent on skills, and put a fair cool down to it . would make destroyers a valued part of operations like gate camps, and even as a defensive tool, and as in the wet navies the world over destroyers fullfill an anti sub role as a primary function using sonar would be in keeping with the spirit of the ship.

This is idea is already in several other forum threads, a little bit of looking would have shown you that.

Also Destroyers are useful for a good number of things, although mostly they see action as gankers or salvage machines.
They are a fun roaming boat because of their costs, and they have good cargo.

Its not possible to please all the people all the time, but it sure as hell is possible to Displease all the people, most of the time.

perhapps buuuut can never hurt to keep the idea out there, as for the usefulness of destroyers they do have a few small things to recommend them but rarely do they proform a tactical role this would allow them a more tactical niche, that as stated would be true to their wet navy counterparts

This afk cloaker whine needs better disguise.

Thrasher is already useful, due to Winmatard. Rest are still lol.

Well, them getting rid of mining frigs was a stealth buffs to a destroyer as the first viable miner for a noob just starting out.
