Ferox is a decent gas mining ship, Moa does fine too for a bit cheaper.

On the cruiser side (not BC), a Moa does exceptionally well as well. And super cheap.

I like a Rokh with a couple of warp core stabs.

Apoc or Mega can get to over 4250 m3 worth of cargo space with T1 rigs. I think there's a few others, but those are the two I've used on my alts for high-sec mining.

Exequror has 900 m3 cargo at Gallente Cruiser V, but only 4 turrets :(
