Please get rid of the new inventory system, or at the very least make it option like the CQ.

Its Horrible.

Might want to remove the last sentence.

Interesting how the Devs are answering the easy questions here, but totally ignoring the HUGE unified inventory issue. Just like on the other threads over the last month.

CCP listening.... don't make me laugh

To be fair, I've monitored forums like this. The people monitoring these pretty much know nothing. I don't mean to be offensive, but the actual dev's do not have time to monitor these forums. Thats what more "people friendly" or "socially normal" people are for. I also don't mean to say that dev's can't talk to other people, but well... no they usually can't... :D

thank you very much! I'm a pretty people friendly dev, and I'm here replying to the issues on the features me and my team worked on in this release, War Decs, Modules and Kill Reports mainly Big smile

I'd file that under "silly".

Not as silly as ships flying backwards, but still pretty strange.

Wouldn't it be more productive if the Replys from the "Devs" focus on actual issues rather just in chatting about what someone wrote? I'm still awaiting on a contact form support, but seems to me that nobody cares about the fact that there is a bug and users can't get in the game and actually do something call "PLAY".

thanks for the support.

I have to agree, but how long have you waited? Cause aren't they supposed to get back to you in 24 hours or less? Doesn't mean right away.

To be helpful too, have you tried the repair tool? Have you tried downloading the installer again? I know that takes time but it told me to do the same. Thankfully a system reboot and a few more tries/repairs fixed it all.

I haven't downloaded the client again, I've rebooted but the issue remains.

I understand that I shouldn't expect a reply the same minute but seems to me at for the amout of players in Eve, if you look at the support teams on other online games the reply times are smaller, and also we are talking on a deployment day so its expected to have more bugs coming in and provision accordingly.

I also have a PC, thanks for the advise, but since I'm using the Mac where I'm living I would rather use it, seems fare? Or is it just that you don't like Mac?

Just noting that as said since Unified Inventory went on SiSi, it still doesn't work. The original concept was good, but the implementation (Especially the rage-inducing element of redoing inventory every time you do anything) is woefully bad.
Also, floating cargo cans are a mess, and I haven't even tried to salvage anything yet.

Hotfix or rollback.

As posted on the previous page, the closing/reverting windows issue is a bug that will be fixed asap.

While trying to change ships at a pos ship maintenance array, i get this message:

"Action failed

You cannot view the contents of the “ship name” because it does not belong to you, a fellow corporation member or a fellow fleet member (if the ship is configured to allow that)."

This notification page cannot be closed and i am forced to log off. Please fix it ASAP and while you are at it, make it so these find of notification or dialog boxes do not prevent us from performing in game actions.

I am glad that you're working to fix it, but I do not understand why it wasn't fixed before going on TQ - after all the issue was glaringly obvious on SiSi and it was reported and demonstrated numerous times on this forum.

as always, Mac client is always ***tty... the cargo bay appears after every dock, undock, gate jump, wh jump.. etc, if I am orbiting for example a gate, I cannot approach, must stop and approach... but when I approach then I can orbit... etc. Will you ever EVER make a not buggy patch... this every new and always new buggy patches are annoying. Why you even have those test servers? It will take another month to fix all of the issues and you will release another buggy patch... aaahhh.

As posted during the last month, what about the rest of all the issues you have been made aware of sooooooo many times ?

I'll happily answer, but you'll need to specifically list an issue.

I usually run with a minimal number of inventory windows, so the changes aren't causing me too many issues. However, I set up a few filters to sort through my mission loot hangar. I've been collecting for several months anticipating the changes, so I have somewhere near the limit of items with 5-10 items in each stack.

On applying a filter and moving the contents to an indy, EVE shoots to 10-15% CPU and starves my network connection. I even had "this program has stopped responding" pop up once when moving the cargo to a corp hangar.

This shifts the management of large numbers of items from annoying in the old system to nearly impossible now, especially if I disconnect half way through. Need a fix asap.

im getting a lot of socket closed

a lot more than before the expansion

no idea whats going on

EDIT: im getting these messages too, when moving items from hangar to the ship and when moving items from ship to hangar. even for one item im getting the message. shouldnt this be processed instantaneously? at least before the expansion was like that. now it takes a lot of time, even for one item and sometimes the item does not get moved, even after i got this message

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/842/sedsao.jpg/

when moving items in station, im also getting the message that "there are items out of reach" when they arent

This happened to me on every gate on Sisi a week or so ago. Surprised it's still happening.
