I'm not stupid...I have been away from eve and haven't flown the tornado yet. I was just reading the specs and thought I would ask the eve community's opinion on this matter... In what sense does that make me stupid?

other t3 battlecruisers get cap reduction on guns. tornado doesn't have that reduction, because it's guns don't use capacitor. Role bonuses on t3 bc are only there to bring large guns requirements to medium hulls.
