That totally does not make sense, because pools has nothing to do with airplanes, maybe a yacht but not airplanes.

While download indeed has to do with support.

But I am on your side on this, it is not obvious where the download is (the offline one) since the "installer" download is much more obvious - but maybe that's why they put it under support too, for those that can't get the launcher installer to work properly, they would need to go to support.

no ppl think another way - no one say something about site know why? because just a few customers use it :) not all because of such "little things" as in first topic, better to bookmark donwload page that given by friend, then "try to search it by yourself" and laugh with another customers

The main page is indeed barely used by existing customers. It's to attract new customers. That's why it has a "Try Eve now" button instead of a "Download Eve again" button.

This is also why there are download links on the Community pages and on Account Management. Also known as the pages existing customers are very likely to visit.

ok i just tried to find the download link and i got this in big letters:

"The EVE Online webpage is currently undergoing maintenance"

i so hope this thread was made before that went up...

It's kind of a natural place for anything that has to do with keeping the client up-to-date and working.
