I'm looking to pay 3-4B and I'd like something with decent up to Cruisers or BCs (I don't care about larger)

I've got a few offers in on some posts but I'm looking to close a sale in the next couple of hours. I'll withdraw my offfers if I get something reasonable here.

Training him as a Loki Booster / Heavy Interdictor with no wasted skills. Created to sell so just looking for Transfer cost and the 4 plex invested (and a little bit of profit obviously )

3.5B buyout gives me around 500k profit...not much but I'll do it Blink

I might be able to do 2.5 but that can be trained up pretty easily, it's not a lot of skills.

Actually, It's been non stop training up to now using Evemon to maximize training time and remaps....Just upto this point was 4 plex in training (just under 2 bil)...so, yup, not really many skills in the grand scope of things but focused direction for a SC and HIC.
Can't do 2.5 I'm afraid, just no way i'll take a loss that big.
