Diablo 3 doesn't exist. At least, not from my perspective. I think I played 4-1/2 m of the original Diablo and thought, "This is crap."

edit: When Mech Warrior Online gets out of Beta however, we may have a problem. Big smile It'll be a hard time competing between that and Dust, though the plus side is I can play both. Actually, I'm assuming from beta gameplay footage that it is actually going to be good.

Can't really bet on that, but I'll try it out anyway. Hopefully it isn't another SWToR, which was obvious enough asa fail from pre-beta to beta. Never tried it because I saw the gold spewing RMTs and Exploit monkeys ruining everything early on, along with the we want to create another WoW crowd. That sucked.

I personally dont like games that have random environments, still waiting for bethesda to release another Fallout.

Greetings capsuleers,

I'd recently flown the gauntlet through Ammamake and was heading towards Sahtogas when I noticed a peculiar nebula, looking very much like a cat I've seen emblazoned on the side of a Gallentean ship. It looked something like this. It was a long haul through dangerous territory and by the end my eyes were feeling a bit scratchy and I'm not sure if I was only imagining it.

What is the relevance to reality and this discussion, you may ask?

Why bother when it's the same old whine year in year out. It fits perfectly for those that sub for a game that is set up where nowhere is 100% safe yet feel entitled to call for that safety to be handed to them when they could actually do it themselves.

If it's too much effort then you don't deserve the rewards.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...

In summary it's not that Eve is dying, it's that the people who don't get it are slowly being weeded out of the game by the very fact that Eve is the nastiest, most heartless hard place in the world of MMOs, and I like it.

I lose every ship I fly (I even have a lossboard to catalogue my suckage), and because my tanking skills aren't up to par yet, I make sure every ship I fly is cheaper than ****.
