So recently I fitted a Vengeance ( I'm still with it! yay) , I trained rocket spec to III ,Rapid Launch III and Target Navigation III.
I wish to know if there is any other essential skills for rockets and the skills that I have trained, should I give priority to max one?

As for the vengeance, can you guys recommend a dps fit and a tank fit?

Thanks for your attention!

Basically every skill to 4-5, start with af skill to 4, then support missile skills to 4, then support missile to 5 except rocket spec, then af 5.

[Vengeance, New Setup 1]
Damage Control II
Centii C-Type Adaptive Nano Plating
Ballistic Control System II
Centii C-Type Small Armor Repairer

Gistii B-Type 1MN Afterburner
Faint Epsilon Warp Scrambler I
Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor I

Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Foxfire Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Foxfire Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Foxfire Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Foxfire Rocket

Small Bay Loading Accelerator II
Small Anti-Thermic Pump I

I woudnt use any "tank" fit. Even this fit lacks raw dps to kill targets fast, so tank fit will be even worse and most likely without web with terrible damage projection.

You want the missile speed/flight time skills to at least 4, 5 preferred. This is what increases your missile range. Basically just go for all the missile support skills they will all be useful.

Do you plan to cross train or stick with Amarr missile boats? If so only the skills that relate to UNGUIDED missiles are necessary.

Also i completely disagree with the fit above. If you don't know what missile skills to train don't put any mods on any fit better than T2 no matter how totally cheap they are. Most are not worth it. If you want an Amarr 1v1 pvp monster get a Slicer. The vengeance excels at being heavy tackle. Fit something like this.

[Vengeance, Long Lasting V]
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Small Armor Repairer II
Small Armor Repairer II
Damage Control II

Small Capacitor Booster II, Navy Cap Booster 400
Warp Scrambler II
Catalyzed Cold-Gas I Arcjet Thrusters

Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Foxfire Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Foxfire Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Foxfire Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Foxfire Rocket

Small Anti-Thermic Pump I
Small Auxiliary Nano Pump I

Overheat the MWD right away, burn to your target. Scram your target. Turn of MWD and pulse as required to stay in range of target. Orbit at 500m. Apply rockets and pulse SARs as required. You can hold on for a VERY VERY long time (read long enough for your fleet to come kill the target). If you really want to do it right throw a NOS in the high slots to make sure your point never turns off (but the cap booster should be ok for that most of the time)

Play to the strong suit of a ship. Not every ship has to be the gank dragon of yee old tales. The vengeance fits into its role: Heavy tackle. There are other options for rocket pwn machine....Hookbill comes to mind.

This guy flies a whole lot of Vengeance: http://flight-of-dragons.blogspot.com/

I can't vouch for the efficacy of his fits and whatnot, not ever having flown the ship, but he does a pretty detailed analysis of a lot of his combat, and if nothing else, is worth a read.

So far Im planning to stay with rockets and training the support frigate skills(Mechanics , Engineering etc etc)
So I will use this year to max my rockets, armor tanking and shield tanking

If you have the skills and the ISK I recommend looking at the Hookbill, there is no finer rocket boat. Though it is a shield tank.
