I was there mate. She had fighters so your talking out your pipe mate. The only thing she did wrong was fly that morning but I understand why she did it. I also noticed you don't have the bulls to post as your main. I suspect your ex corp and have lost ships also yet are afraid. We all lost ships. If you're planning on true solo PvP then I would seriously suggest flying around for a good while in a Blaster'thron first, not only will that get you an idea of fittings you want to use but also of the tactics you'll need to use and the targets you can expect to engage.

If you're in fact looking at a scout alt, booster alt, Falcon alt and Logi alt and your "solo" Vindicator...

i wouldn't encourage someone to solo pvp in a vindicator. one falcon or rook and you'll die to small gang. not mentioning that if someone appears in area he's immidiately on intel channels and from that moment a gang is chasing that vindicator for the kill.
Vindicator is a nice ship, but you shoudn't solo pvp in anything expensive

The best Vindicator is the officer/dead space hangar queen one.

The other just die like every other ship in game, more or less fast. All depends how much can you afford to throw away just to have "some fun". The ships price tag+fit is unworthy for what you do with, it's just a bonified space junk every mad dog around WILL want to spank and WILL bring friends to achieve this.

Unless you have a very solid/experienced gang to play with the uber Vindi, just pick something you have fun with and don't give a dam if it blows.

I'd like to add that price shouldn't be an argument when discussing ship use. I have no idea why people complain about the ******* Vindicator being expensive. It is a ******* pirate faction ship, it is meant to be expensive. If it were not why would people even fly T1 Battleships? The requirements are about the same. I have seen dozens of Machariels roaming in low sec, gate camping and station camping now why the **** people have to talk bullshit about the ******* Vindicator price? Its a bout the same of the Machariel and I dont see anyone whining on forums that Machariel is too expensive for you to fly it. That's just dumb. Now cut the price crap off and look the ship. Its a ******* awesome ship. Period.

Vindicator: Youtube search way of the warrior videos by Godscoldblood. He demonstrates Solo(ish) PvP Vindicator. I say ish because he uses an alt to drop cab booster 800's to increase his staying time.

Just checked some prices on Vindicator and Machariel and it seems like the Vindi is avg. 200mi CHEAPER than the Mach.
Now WTF is this rant on the Vindicator price. Seriously, I have heard this for a long time and it doesn't seem to make much sense now.
