New War Dec System: Suggested Improvement

Heya Team Superfriends!

Your war dec system is looking real good right now. However I do have a suggestion that would make a MAJOR impact for Merc corporations.

Mercenaries in history have been concerned with good reason about their reputation. A merc's reputation is what helps them get new contracts, and be able to demand more for their services if they have the record to back it.

Not all merc corps in EvE will be large entities, and some will be small but elite units.

Now that with this new system you can track WAR results and who is the victor, it would be nice great if you could track WAR HISTORY for each corporation and alliance in the same way you track alliance history for corps, or corp history for characters.
Or it would be good if you could at least track the win to loss ratio for each alliance in war. However this history should only save for a specific time period like 3 months to allow for mistakes of the past to be erased.

This would allow for mercs to have a record of success or failure to be proud of, a way for buyers to gague the value of a potential ally, and since it only would be tracked over a 3 month period it would allow past mistakes to be erased.

Would this be possible? It would make a huge impact on the profession!

War History is already there. Just show info on any corporation or alliance and you can view all of their wars, and then open the war reports themselves.

Past wars do not show kills in the war reports becouse the Sisi data base was cleared out last week per CCP. That is what is causing a lot of the confusion.

Perhaps getting a new mirror or an older one where all the kills were present would be a good idea to do some additional testing regarding older kills. (before they cleared it there were some bugs regarding this)

With so many changes they need to get it on TQ so they can see if there are bigger back ground issues. No mirror its to late in the proccess.

The know issues when this hits TQ is going to be longBlink

I think tracking mercenary quality is also more of a metagaming job. Don't have to game do too much for the players. Mechanics catering to convenience is often death to player-skill advantages.

Actually try viewing this on Sisi, it's been there for some time now, and with the data you are saying isn't there. For instance view any major alliance.
