My weirdest EVE experience so far... By far...

So, I'm sitting in a station, sorting out some cargo that needs moving, and suddenly a convo request flashes up on the screen from someone I don't know.

Removed his name, no need for that, but this is the brief conversation that followed:

Dini Mueter > What's up?
************ > can i be your slave?
Dini Mueter > huh?
************ > please
Dini Mueter > I'm not sure I understand?
************ > i will be your slave if you want one miss
Dini Mueter > lol
Dini Mueter > I'm not a miss, I'm a guy.
Dini Mueter > You're barking up the wrong tree :P
Dini Mueter > Good luck searching though ;-)

Anyway, not much weird I can recall revolving around players, but plenty involving graphics:

The old "double-ship in my hanger" (I have a great picture somewhere that convincingly looks like my Caracal is humping my Crane).

The old "Yo-Yo Gate" (good, Im at the Gate. No wait, here it comes again!)

Planets go Suddenly Psychedelic.


The sad thing is these things have all happened at least once in the past month after a long absence.

I've gotten convos like this while sitting in Jita on my alt. It's really jarring. There are spammers for hookups in Jita.

Girl came into vent and said hello and someone started crying.


I have so many of these kinds of stories i could fill a thread with them



And people wonder why im a forum troll who sees EVE as a one stop shop for lonely basement dwellers 
I dont normally troll, but when i do i do it on General Discussion.

The graphics glitch where you seem to have a pet moon (or was it planet?) following your ship around.... I miss my pet moon. :(

Someone tried to convince me to send them ISK, which they would graciously accept on behalf of -A-, so that I could rent a system from them.

It was rather amusing though, it turns out wandering into hed-gp and yelling "DO NOT SHOOT, I COME ON DIPLOMATIC BUSIZNEZZ" is actually a pretty fun way to waste an hour.

I guess one of the more surreal incidents was while doing an Incursion a guy in my fleet playing in in Japan started freaking out about everything moving & we were hearing alot of background sounds of things crashing. For about a minute he was talking about how huge a quake was hitting him. Being from California I started telling him to leave computer & head for high ground... 10-30 minutes later I was watching CNN's live coverage of the tidal waves sweeping across Japan
