Lack of gate cloak

When I was suicide ganking in Jita couple days ago I recall seeing quite a lot of haulers jumping in and instantly showing up on overview but not being lockable until they move or gate cloak is over.

Whats the deal with this? Just me?

This just happened in 0.0, was gate hopping back and to separate 3 guys and twice when doing this I loaded grid other side already locked by the gang.

First time I got back to gate, second time I was scrammed instantly. I am not that annoyed since I took one of them with me but not the point lol.

Whats the deal with this?

This just happened fukin again, jump over the gate and I load grid and im already locked and tackled.

NO ONE HAS THIS PROBLEM?

This has happened to a few of our members on many occasions in the last month or so, specifically our scout inties. It makes their jobs even more difficult when they suddenly find themselves being yellow boxed just seconds after jumping through a gate into a hostile gang, when they expect to be under gate cloak.

The latest occurrence of this was just today, and involved a hostile gang, hostile bubble, and a snake set...

I'd really like to know what the deal with this bug is.

Confirmed, might have something to do with session change. I have had this happen to me several times when scouting. Sometimes I am lucky sometimes not so much. Needless to say I am extremely paranoid when I am supposed to be holding cloak.

Also I make sure to never spam click and click things once, and I know it isn't me doing anything because my ship is not moving when it happens and that is the only way other than waiting out your gate cloak to decloak your ship.

Finally some others, its happened several dozen times to me now.

Its getting very annoying as I have lost a few ships to it, nothing major.

Petition unanswered as per usual, will do bug report now I suppose. I normally bring the issue here first to see if its just me or entire community.

i'm in a large alliance, and have not heard of this problem besides here
