Yes. As a matter of fact, I do. I pay with a credit card and not PLEX.

Serious petition has been open 12 hours. Haven't had a response in 6 after i called you out on your mistake.
Senior GM's are either lazy or to few.
The petition system is awful.

Why hasn't CCP ever decided to fix this, you pay these people and they are absolutely terrible at their job, its one of the most needed features that needs MASS amounts of work.

If a GM responds to this before they respond to any of the petitions out there...then something is seriously wrong here.

You are one of five or ten thousand people with active petitions in the system; you're not being ignored, they're just really frakkin busy.

Interesting that one Burn Jita case where Goons got an instant response then yea?

And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit.

The only attention I paid to Burn Jita beyond watching daopa's livestream for a few hours, was laughing at the idiots who had their heads wedged so far up their colon that they didn't know to avoid the area despite all the publicity, so I'm not sure what you're referring to there.

If there aren't many petitions in a queue, you're probably going to get a quick response. If you petition in the Stuck category, you're going to get a quick response. If there are extra GMs and devs on hand (as I get the feeling there were, given the publicity leading up to the event), your petition will probably be seen more quickly. So, depending on the issue that was petitioned, I wouldn't be too surprised about an "instant" response. It depends on a lot of variables.

On the other hand, if you're trying to insinuate some kind of favoritism is in play, maybe you should try checking out how FIFO (first in first out) systems work. You've got three primary interaction options with queues: push, pop and peek. Push adds something to the back of the queue (You petitioning). Pop pulls the front item out and removes it from the queue (ie, assigning a petition to a GM). Peek lets you see details of the item at the front without assigning it to anyone (ie, a GM checking your petition over to make sure it's in the right category before doing anything with it). There is no "skip" option. Either you take the petition on top yourself, or you wait for someone else to pick it up.

I hate to resort to CAOD one-liners, but posting that with a 17-day-old rookie corp alt? Come on. Post with your main. Roll

So you pay CCP less than you would if you used PLEX.

1 PLEX = min $17.50 to CCP for 1 month Gameplay
1 Month CC = Max $14.95 to CCP for 1 month Gameplay

Besides all that, you pay CCP. If you wanted to claim you pay GMs OT personally, you'd need to be sending GMs at CCP HQ regular paychecks, which would run you much more than fifteen bucks a month (I've never had a 2-week paycheck that was less than $400).

Tell CCP to unban him for saying CCP Soundwave was a Goon
