Hey, anyone remember Ankhesentapemkah?

I'd like to tell you a story.

When Ankhesentapemkah was running for CSM (the council of stellar management, an obscure political body,) I approached her. I complimented her approach toward making New Eden a more care-free place, however I also warned her that there was a deadly gang of assassins after her.

See, these hypothetical assassins were after only one thing: her corpse. It was proof of having killed her, and for this corpse, the assassins would receive a bountiful reward. After receiving said reward, these assassins would move on to another target.

So I got to talking with her, and I figured out she didn't have any implants or anything. I told her I could get the assassins off her back, if she could get me some old corpse of hers... surely she had some lying around, right? Everyone does. Well, turned out she didn't have any Ankhesentapemkah-corpses handy. So, after some negotiation I promised her half of the assassins' reward (a whopping billion, 500m for her) if only she provided me one of her corpses.

So she did.

She undocked in a newbie ship, ejected from that, then started the SD counter on her pod. Some hours later, I had her corpse.

I still have her corpse.

At this point I should mention that I am a pathological liar and prone to spinning tales of fancy.

I'm touching her corpse right now.

And I didn't even pay her...

I once got a Tengu for destroying my own corpse. Beautiful ship. Back when the basic hull- not the full ship with the subsystems fully installed- cost near the same as the bounty you were going to pay. It was even fitted with the latest and greatest the Angels and SOE could pack into it, and it was such a dream to fly.

Now it's sitting in some CONCORD impound dock, collecting dust.

It's a good story though, Istvaan. Pretty entertaining, and like you, I didn't have to pay a single ISK for it.

Feels cold, I hope. In my experience, that stuff doesn't keep very well when it's not on ice.

Thanks!

This is vagualy interesting.

Mostly because it allows me to plug a totally related racing ad:
Yes, I do remember Ankh, she shot this video, starring me: SRV Instructional Video
On a side note, sub-warp racing is back! See details below.

I still have 2-3 of her corpses. During my time in faction warfare I think I acquired either 5-6 in total. Would need to go over the corpse collection for exact account.

- One corpse was donated to Bad Messenger if I recall correctly. Fate of the corpse is unknown
- One corpse was sold to Toonu for his personal collection of "psychopats and misfits" (He is still lacking Bad Messenger I believe)
- One corpse was jettisoned to orbit of Intaki prime during the food crisis which occurred few years back, so that starving population could feast on her nubile flesh and just perhaps, she might actually be useful for something in her "life".*

Rest of the corpses are currently stashed safely to Ichoriya VI - Kaalakiota station.

*Whether the corpse was included in food package, burned on athmospheric re-entry or picked up by enterprising capsuleer, I have no idea.
