Greetings New Eden

SERVICE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED

Due to overwhelming interest we cannot accept any more contracts at this point, until current ongoing contracts have been resolved. Seems there is a demand for settling grudges in New Eden Cool

Final Enterprises is a newly created front for a collective that consists of a relatively small group of veteran capsuleers. We are offering contract kill services and will, for the right amount of ISK, kill almost any pilot in EVE. So how does this work? Read on!

Eligible targets

We will accept contracts against most active EVE online players in Empire, low-sec or null-sec space. We do not generally accept contracts against targets in W-Space, as tracking individuals in wormholes is simply too time-consuming, but if you are able to provide accurate intel or relevant bookmarks, terms can be negotiated.

We do not accept contracts against New Eden celebrities, including but not limited to:

  • The Mittani
  • Helicity Boson
  • CSM Delegates
  • CCP Staff

We ultimately reserve the right to refuse any contract that we deem beyond the scope of our capabilities, and we reserve the right to negotiate separate prices for high-profile targets.

Terms of Service

This is the important bit, and describes how we conduct our business. The process can be outlined as follows:

  • If contract of eligible target is accepted you will pay an acceptance fee of 15 million ISK.
  • Contracts are by EVE mail only. We do not accept contracts from these forums.
  • For null-sec contracts you can specify if you want both ship and pod-kill.
  • For high-sec and low-sec contracts we only accept ship kills.
  • High-sec contracts are always suicide ganks. If you want someone to fight a war for you, hire mercenaries.
  • Expensive High-Sec suicide ganks will require an up-front deposit to cover ship and module costs. The sec loss is free.
  • You can specify a minimum damage clause which is the minimum amount of ISK the target has to lose to conclude the contract.
  • Completion of contract will be evidenced by kill-mail and if at all possible with a frozen corpse.
  • An EVE mail will be sent to your character moments before the kill, to confirm that it was in fact one of our operatives on the killmail.
  • Regardless of minimum clause, we will not regard the destruction of a noobship, a frigate or a shuttle as a successful kill.
  • Upon successful completion of contract you will pay the full contract price, minus your 15m acceptance fee.
  • Pricing is relative to security status, minimum ISK loss clause, high-profile targets and special arrangements.
  • Failure to pay will put you on our blacklist and we will hunt you free of charge.
  • For the same reason we will only accept contracts from obvious alts or new characters with payment up front.

Since our rates are typically too low to be of interest to trusted third-party such as Chribba or Darknesss, we do not normally accept third party services. In the case of a high-profile contract or if you desire us to gank a freighter or expensive faction battleship in high-sec, we are willing to accept third party services, but only Chribba or Darknesss, and you will pay any third party fees.

If we are for some reason unable to complete the contract any ISK you have sent us will be refunded, minus the 15m ISK acceptance fee, which covers time spent in negotiation and locating the target.

Since we are new at this, we only require the 15m ISK acceptance fee and will not require a half now / half on completion as is customary in such dealings. Once we have built a solid reputation, this may change.

Our pilots are not all in the same corporation. Some are in null-sec alliances, others are in NPC corporations in high-sec, but we know each other well and have shared resources. Consequently, to prove that the killmail and corpse that we present to you as evidence of a completed contract are in fact valid, we will send you EVE mail once the target is tackled or in a gankable position, with details of the relevant system and involved pilots.

When compared with an API verified killmail, this will serve as conclusive evidence of a successfully completed contract.

Discretion

We value mutual discretion and will never disclose your identity to the target or anyone else. We will, in fact, have no communication with the target whatsoever. We expect the same level of discretion from you. You are allowed to inform the target that you have paid for his death, but if you disclose that the contract was taken and fulfilled by Final Enterprises you will find yourself on our blacklist and as a target yourself. Our business relies on anonymity to function.

Thank you for reading and feel free to ask questions, either in this thread or via EVE mail.

I tried contacting you and your corp in game about a mark but no luck says you can't receive mail/messages.

You can, if you pay the full contract price up front, but if you want to pay a 15m deposit and the rest on completion, we will need to know who you are, in case you decide not to follow through on payment.

Your anonymity will be preserved under all circumstances, and will not be disclosed to anyone, even if you do not pay. This is a hush hush business.

If you want to bother Chribba or Darknesss over a 15m ISK fee, then be my guest. You will pay his fee though, which will likely be more than what you are paying us. We made the decision not to accept third party services by default because we feel that the 15m deposit is simply too small to be worth the hassle, and because we would like to be able to operate our business even when Chribba or Darknesss are not online.

As I stated, in the cases where a significant amount of ISK is required up front for a high-sec gank or if we decide to take on a particular high-profile target, we have no objections to third party services, provided that our client pays any costs associated with such services.
