Generic FW question for noobs

my corp (not this one but an alts corp.....What?) is at constant war with another like minded corp.... If we both wanted to join FW on THE SAME MILITIA would we still be allowed to maintain this constant mutual war with each other ?...even though we would all be in the same racial militia (pretend Caldari).

Would this cause standings grief, concorde issues and most importantly would we still get LP for shooting each other all the time.....this would be 2 separate corps at war with each other..yet both within the caldari militia.

the rules seem fuzzy all around.

You'll be just fine. No LP from shooting each other, otherwise no problem.

Will make being on joint-ops against the shared enemy a little awkward unless you agree to not shoot each other when shooting the shared Smile

If you want a free war dec and some lp your corp could join caldari militia and the other corp could join gallente militia and both of you can just fight each other in high sec concord systems.

except that where you are currently based whoever joined gallente would be disadvantaged by the navy rats, they neut and web and have low but steady dmg

yes you can happily wardec another corp in the same militia, they become valid targets just like any other wartarget and you don't lose faction standing for shooting them like you normaly would. No you don't get LP for shooting them that's just silly
