3 accounts running and weird slow down

I can run 2 accounts absolutely fine with no problems but when i load up the third account i sometimes get extreme slow down, it can also be running fine but when i open the ship fitting screen it causes my whole system to slow down. Also if 2 characters are undocking at the same time can make it slow down to hell as well.

Now the weird thing is when i hit ctrl-alt-delete > show task manager and go to the performance tab its showed my CPU was at 100% usage on all cores, but when i do that it seems to refresh the screen (game windows) and the cpu usage drops to normal and everything is fine until i open the ship fittings or something again. So wondering if its the game with some kind of memory leak or someat causing it to chew up 100% of my cpu or if when i goto the performance tab it flushes my gfx ram cus maybe ive not got enough for 3 accounts running at 1440x900 with settings at max.

Any help is appreciated

Comp specs are

i7 950 @ 3ghx
12GB corsair vengeance
SB X-fi Fatality Pro
Ati radeon 6870 1GB
120 GB SSD (which is where eve is installed)
win 7 ultimate
Page file is on another HD if it makes any difference (2 TB mechanical drive)
