Just who is Aghaver Xarasier and why is the disappearance of previously obscure scientist of such concern to Scope? Could this be the same Chief scientist father of a well known mission agent involved in recruiting capsuleers to investigate rouge drones.

How is this connected with rumours of a new drug that is perhaps not so new and may in fact be ancient; that burns the mind into permanent euphoria or perdition or both. Or reports of increasingly war fatigue, desertion and disappearances amongst previously steadfast and loyal units of all empires.

He's not that obscure if you know Duvolle Labs' history. He's also a L4 R&D agent in Fricoure.

I assume you're referring to Delphine from the Blood-Stained Stars epic arc - the mission brief says she's the daughter of Creodron's chief researcher, not Duvolle's.

Could just be an oversight by content, though - paging Abraxas? xD

The spelling in the scope article is different as "Aghaver Xarasier" from "Avagher Xarasier" in your links.

I'm gonna go with "someone failed at typing" on that one. The names are too similar, and CCP does like their 'everything is connected in an intricate spiderweb' trope. :)
