Looking to buy a minmatar pilot who has to do the following

Battlecruiser 5
Large Guns Tech 2 both Autocannons & Arties
All Relevant secondary skills as high as possible. all 5s would be awesome.
Positive sec status (the higher the better)
Cybernetics 4 Minimum
Decent Name (no numbers or random characters) must make sense if i was in a fleet
Not be shoot on site in Amarr / Caldari Space -- So no high mission running in minnie/gall space
Shield skills relevant ie minimum of 4Mill sp in engineering.
Decent Navigation Skills

What i dont want

Anything none combat related, will assume maximum 1mill per 15mill SP that is not related to killing *hit
Caps of any sort.

Im sure by now you get the point.

What would be nice to have

Leadership Skills if i decide to go down Command ship route.
Smallish corp history

Whilst this might seem a lot, it actually isn't as long your toon has been well trained then it should get all this in the 25-30mill range, maybe lower if seriously focussed.

I have the isk ready and would like to buy and have ownership before the weekend.
