How to create contracts?

I'm looking to upgrade some of my modules from T2 to Faction/deadspace modules. These items don't sell on the regular market so I assume I need to use contracts. How do I use contracts? I tried last night for a while and couldn't find a way to see what people had for sale or even to request to buy an item. Help?

Left tabbar press contracts button , then available contracts , buy and sell and below that type in what item you are looking for.Select if you want to only see the region you are in or all regions and make sure to set the ''availability-button'' on public.



Once you see them sort them by price.
