Meh, both go good with rice, so it's a tie.

My neighbors don't have any pets, but they make up for it by being hairy, smelly and noisy.

I wouldn't put it past them to crap on someone's lawn either...

I dissected a cat in biology once... We named him Giggles because his jaw was stuck in a permanent grin. When we were done with him, he no longer had a recognizable head.

Giggles isn't laughing anymore Cry

Neighbors. Get rid of them and cats/dogs will either starve or move with them. Or get caught and moved somewhere else.

I'd go with neighbours and neighbours' children.

That makes me think of my old neighbors. I'm in graduate school right now, so I live close to a university. When I first started here, I made the mistake of moving into an apartment complex that was only a few blocks from campus. My next door neighbor would have these wild parties until 4am on weeknights, at least three nights a week, usually every night of the week, much to the displeasure of everyone else in the apartment complex. To make a long story short, at some point some unknown person took a crap on his front doorstep. I have no idea who it did it or why they did it, but it was very clearly human excrement, and my neighbor was clearly displeased to find it there. I like to think that it was one of my other neighbors trying to get back at him.
