L4 Missions in Incursion Space

If I run an L4 security mission in incursion space, do the system affects apply. And if so, how do I determine how much shielding and damage I lose? Are mission bounties reduced?

Also, will the Sanshas affect security missions? I know they will affect mining missions, but what about security?

yupp you will take the full penalties. So less tank, less bounties etc etc.. So.. not worth it
