Yesterday I, Lord Vaari, earl of Sosan VII, golden mounatin, carrier of the Heavens light, founder and despot of the Imperial Pharmacy, great miner and skilled industrialist saw glorious vision. Our allmighty God revealedhimself to me, and blessed me with a new and mighty title, the guardian angel of the Providence.

I, Lord Vaari am humble servant of our Lord, and cannot deny His declarations, so this day forwardn, the Church of Providence will know me also as a guardian angel of Providence.

Sometimes I cannot help but wonder if this man is actually mocking the rest of the Empire in some sort of cleverly disguised satire.

As CVA's senior diplomat, I'd just like to state the Holder's Coalition's stance on this matter:

Vaari is gay and also a baby.

I think I shall watch this thread with great interest and a good Vodka. I sense great comedy in it's future...

Saal, why are you denying this? God himself revealed himself to me, and it is not mortal men place to deny such divine declarations.

Science has found out that most people sometimes in their lives suffer hallucinations. Even if not under drugs or under sleep deprivation. These hallucinations may cause that they see ghosts or other unearthly creatures, some see their ancestor, some totems and some hear messages or voices.

The strong people among us understand that their everyones mind sometimes plays tricks and that it very implausible that we for example are taken away by aliens to be examined and such sillies. The strong mind understand that we are not perfect and that an illusion that is coming from inside can be in this state of mind exact as real as the world outside.

The weak minds begin to believe in what they see. They believe in ghosts, in spirits, follow those messages or somethings like that. They do not question the illusions by the laws of science and probability. They don't cut them with Occams razor. His bloody bloody razor.

The weak minds begin to believe in what they have seen. And may begin to praise a god or something.

But there is nothing but illusions. And this simple truth is not seen by the blind. Is not seen by the weak. To accept visions as truth is not seeing. It is exact the opposite. It's blindness. A real vision is coming from experiences in reality and knowledge. You know what "Science" means in the old dead languages? Knowledge.

Burn Amarr, burn, burn, burn. And make place for truth and clear sight. Burn the lies of the Empire. The things that spit into the face of humankind, of knowledge of what is real. No gods, just us. We make the world we live in and there's nobody to protect us from our failure. So make sure you do it right and don't listen to messages from twisted state of minds. Listen to reason instead. See that the system that is coming from the Empire will be hell on earth. Because it's injustice and is guided by those who are blinded by hallucinations that are not real. Instead of letting people build up the new world that really try hard to find out what the world really is. And don't listen to voices inside their heads.

Why shall we don't do drugs? Because the weak minds will be twisted by a hallucination like citizen Vaari is. It is an illness that is very hard to cure. The only working cure known is a pill that has 125mm in diameter.

That's about all we agree on. This new and frankly more racist argument about faith being = to insanity strikes a very very poor cord with me and many many people beside myself. Lets just play along for a moment and pretend you are correct that there is only science and there is no deity waiting for me.

I would rather lived my life believing in something instead of removing that from millions everywhere.

Now turning to Vaari,

Listen to me very closely as this is Clergy's official statement on your resent decoration.

"God being a great power far beyond the approach of mortal man would not in any except rare cases of extreme need touch the mind of an individual. Much less for such a trifle reason as bestowing a title. This title doesn't help the faithful grow , learn or respect God anymore and only serves to elevate man higher to no end. Men are but dust before the eye of the Creator so to take on any mantle of leadership puts you in high stakes before the throne of the most high God."

I would request that any Amarrian who finds the need to... respond to do so with respect oh Vaari. He is old and has served Amarr for many many years. I hope you will take that into consideration before mocking him.

Darkness is more then absence of light, it is ignorance and corruption. I will be the Bulwark from such things that you may live in the light. Pray so my arms do not grow weary and my footing remain sure.

Ms. Wildfire, while I agree with you that hallucinations lie beneath the Amarr religion, they also lie beneath just about every form of ideology, religion, and faith in the society of man. The Amarr are not uniquely delusional, and I personally do not believe God is an illusion. Were this statement of Vaari's coming from someone, anyone else (preferably someone who doesn't admit to being a despot and refer to himself as such), I would be open to it and not suspect that said person was taking advantage of the gullibility of others. I don't condone what the Amarr do in the name of God, but I also don't try to accuse them of doing what they do for one reason or another. I've come to respect that most Amarrians are honorable in their pursuit of what they believe to be God's will, and while I do not agree with them on what God's will is, or even what God is, I've found that it is much easier to tread a path of cool objectivity when we do not understand a culture and ideology that is not our own, rather than judge it vindictively and walk on hot coals, so to speak. I do not condone slavery. I do not condone racial predetermination (the idea that the Amarr are God's chosen). I do not condone forcing faith on others. But I also don't try to impose on others in an accusatory manner why they do. Aren't you guilty of the same crime if you carry yourself in such a manner? I understand you may harbor ill-will towards the Amarr naturally, but have you considered looking at things with a moment of objectivity? Perhaps if you can take the initiative in doing so, the Amarr will follow suit. I believe this is the only way we will be able to solve the conflict, as it is quickly becoming obvious that neither side will be capable of breaking the other, and every day thousands of lives and tons of equipment and food go towards fighting a war that can easily be ended non-violently. I will reiterate what i mentioned earlier: if the Minmatar and Amarr are to have any chance at a true understanding of one another, they must look at things from the other's perspective.

Existence of the God is many time prooven fact. You have only to read our rich history and Amarr Bible to find all the needed proofs you need. God exist and He is doing miracles amongst us.

Denying or even questioning Gods existence is severe heresy, and it cannot be tolerated. If God does not exist, who created us? All facts indicate that we are all part of Gods creation, and we must spread His teachings beyond our borders.

I know what I saw and heard. It is not my nature to disregard the declarations of our God.

Nope.

No such thing exists.

Then, Vaari, I personally invite you to come and do something about it.

No-one created us. We evolved this way over billions of years.

Like Matari shamans, and even a good part of their people ?

And by the way, I have to remind you that the true purpose of the Amarr society is supposed to be based on knowledge, thus, Science. Though the Amarr have of course derailed heavily or forgotten that first purpose on a lot of points.
