or scan res damps. Actually a combination of all 3 would have been good as well. Unbonused ecm is not very good.

But, anyway, look at me wardeccing these noobs in scrub ships and killing them all with my one amazing pwn machine that i boughts with my own money. lol on them oh look a maller die scrub die . . what . . whaaaaaaaaaa!!

Disconnect or not, looks like fun for RvB guys. Congrats for stomping on his epeenP

edit- well golly, just looked on eve-kill for character, looks like he used to be in Blue Republic. could be more to this story.Question

Congrats for killing 2 nice battleships.

But i always love to show this to you RvB guys.

I think we killed 75% of you fleet there while we had 0 losses.

Lulz. I love to see stuff like this. I'm suprised that everyone doesn't know by now that these 3 ships are almost always bait: Maller, Drake, and Domi. Nice one, RvB. Nice one indeed.

So, it looks like this guy has the ability to look up fits for ships and likes to throw isk away using absurdly expensive modules. Too bad he doesn't know how to use them. And why doesn't he use a vindicator instead of a navy megathron? He clearly has the isk for it.

This is my question. It'd be a decently fit Vindicator aswell.

Nice killmail, though I don't know if it really belongs in CnP.

Also, to all the people complaining about blobbing. Who cares? Ships exploded at the end of the day and one side had fun blowing up a blingy ship. Sounds like a successful day to me. People who complain about massive blobs and neutral RR, at the end of the day, it doesn't matter...you were gonna die anyways whether there was a single Proteus with a Guardian or a 20 man blob there.

Also, station games are terrible and everyone involved should feel bad for playing them. Also, ECM + fighting on a station or gate is fail, unless you're using it against logi.

heh, you managed to kill a disconnected navy domi? Clap clap for the pro PvPers

I love that people assume that guy logoffski'd, when he clearly has a strong enough tank to deagg and just dock (and that's without the links that were probably running). That or he could've just killed the 3-4 squishies in that fleet that were actually any threat (thorax, catalyst, rupture, oracle, maybe the ranis) while holding down the ishtar.

But hey, if you managed to get lucky and tackle a disconnected BS well good for you, not exactly sure why you'd put that on the forums though.

Nice navy mega kill I guess, next time try it without a blackbird.

I'm sure your cookie and medal will be arriving shortly, expect a presentation on these kills at next years fanfest.

Also I'm guessing he chose nmega > vindi for that fight because nmega has neut/smartie (probably helpful when fighting RvB), and bigger buffer than a vindi in the same config (triple stabs w/ neutrons).
Love how people assume he plexes his ships. Ever think he is just better @ EVE than you? I know I buy and fight in ships like this (hell I think I have an identical NMega myself), and the only reason I buy PLEX is from Jita to resub my accounts.

It's called being rich, try it

There should be a rather awesome pic here

Definitely a disconnect OR logoffski.

Also, y'all don't know how damage taken works on killmails. It shows HP not EHP.

That domi had about 34000 hp and died after taking 40000.

On those reppers, that means he got 2 rep cycles off before he popped, which is just a silly thing to think. It's clear OP doesn't know a lot of PVP if he thinks "I ordered the small ships to fit neuts!!" is what won this fight. Even under incredible neuting pressure you can cycle the injectors then hit the reppers. It's not even that hard.

The lack of any of you being dead doesn't mean you jammed him either; unbonused ECM is a poor choice of EWAR to use on a battleship unless you have a lot more of it. Why didn't you just bring one Griffin with Gallente ECM if you wanted him jammed?

Yeah, so it's a bit of a silly fit and an expensive one, but who cares? It's less offensive than you coming on the forums and claiming your elite plan to kill it won the day when, in actual fact, he could have killed 2/3 your fleet in about 2minutes and you'd not have the DPS to ever break that tank ... which is the very reason he was in a ship that expensive to begin with.

I would actually love for you all to be good sports and re-run the fight on sisi to see how it turned out :)

How am I being hypocritical? Using ECM when you're fighting on a gate or station is fail because it automatically degresses your target. Thats a well known fact.

Also, as an alliance, we hate playing station games and when we formed our alliance that was one of the main things we vowed to do differently. If theres a WT derping around on an undock, we're not above killing it, but in comparison to all the highsec dec alliances we play the least amount of station games by far and we don't regularly make it a point to camp stations. Its much better to let targets warp to gates and catch them there and our tactics reflect that.

according to KM:
1. Only 5 billions lost. I've seen 19 billions fitted Nightmare killed in high-sec. So it's not "the most expensive"
2. 1 Attacker lost his ship.

So this is fail, not win. I'm sorry What?

How am I being hypocritical?

I wasn't referencing the ECM, I just broad quoted. I was making reference to station games. Whether you intend to or not your alliance does a lot of this - in particular you did it a lot during Burn Jita/Save Jita.

We really don't and if you had read my second paragraph I explained how our alliance operates. We discourage station games as much as possible because it reduces the amount of targets you actually kill. In fact, we've war decced other highsec groups for playing station games when we are sharing mutual war targets.

Also, I would hardly call the events of Burn Jita station games, there were ganks on the station using Tier 3 Snipers and fighting on the station, but thats much different than the ridiculous dock/redock/aggro/game mechanic metagaming terribleness that station games consist of. A large 150+ man fleet fight on a station =! station games.
