I have had a lot of players become strongly discourage from the game when they:

  • get wardecs... repeatively
  • get confused with all the corp management options,
  • have spent too much recruiting and not enough time managing

I would recommend allow players to make an Association:

  • They can a Corp channel,
  • A Corp Name and logo
  • and that is it
  • they would pay the 11% tax and the head of the association would get a bill similar to a corp bill

They would not have to worry about wardecs as they are apart of the NPC corp but also belong to an Association.(an organization of like minded individuals.

They would not:

  • have offices, or HQ,
  • able to collect taxes,
  • able to assign roles as there are none,
  • drop a pos
  • join an alliance,
  • etc.

Out side of an in game mechanic saying that the people belong to a special group, nothing new would have to happen.

Though this would allow young fragile communities to form and when they get greedy and become a corp, they will have a stronger bond that will prevent them from dispersing when they get wardeced

Someday I will have the time to play. For now it is mining afk in High sec. In Cheap ships

Or make your own 1 man shell corporation with 0% tax?
Unless someone is out to grief YOU particularly (meaning you're probably a jackass who did something to deserve it) no one is really going to take the effort to wardec a 1 man corp.

You don't need to pay for an office or anything, just use the corp.

this...basically unless you talk crap in local, you can run a 1 man under the radar forever. Get flipped....jsut move on. Vultures same thing. Start going in local "you non talent having hacKs" or harsher lanaguage and they may go cool....lets see if this guy can walk the walk.

for the indy 1 mans....someone is probably not digging you working for illegal migrant worker wages. Enjoy your sales...at some point some one may say screw this, corp needs to be taught a lesson.

And the corp menus aren't that bad. For a one man you basically can set up all your crap as you make the corp. make your icon, click yes yes yes, get window about default corp wallet being tab 1 of the wallet click yes and done.

Recruiting....is why you have recruiters. they do all interviews, api checks, etc. Director and ceo runs the corp, recruiters handle that job. Hell, ask other corpies to sit in on the open chaneel for recruiting. Shows you have people online and can help the recruiters a bit. Hell one time.....a prospect char was in the channel. regular corpie jumps in channel. See a name and goes "dude, you came back to eve?". Char replied umm.....I guess you know this chars prior owner. And there was one recruiter question answered quick and easy without even being asked, "was this char bought? " lol. .

The members of the Associations will still be Technically belongs to an NPC corps so 11% tax is paid to the NPC corps the players belong to

This would be those newbs forming a corp/group that need to focus on strengthening the social bond vs the benefits of being a corp.
Just sole crushing wardecs suck.

No, silly unnecessary idea.

Either you sit in your NPC corp and create a channel so you can avoid the mindless dribble.

Or you can take the time to learn how to run a corp, and develop some social skills to make friends.
