SiSi account inactive - but its NOT!

CCP,
after reactivating my account and successfully logging in to tranquility, I'm no longer able to log into SiSi. It reports my account is inactive and needs to be subscribed.

it's been two months now - could I trouble you to fix it?

I believe this is proper thread to appeal for activation. It took just 4 days of waiting in my case.
