As a pure minmatar character, is there any reasonable advantage in training racial EWAR skills to V I may not be aware of ?

As of now, they are all at IV.

Thanks in advance.

Tracking disruptors on Rifters are great, just saying.

I don't really think of e-war as 'racial'.
I think of the different modules as tools, that can be used on any ship, regardless of ship bonus or whatever. If you use that module a lot, V is better.

I realize that Falcon has ECM. Arazu has Damps, etc.

Am I missing something? Is that what your asking?

I mentioned racial EWAR so webs/scrams/warp disruptors aren't included.

Caldari-->ECM
Amarr-->Tracking Disruptor
Gallente-->Sensor Dampener
Minmatar-->Target Painter

If I'm not mistaken, these are the racial EWAR.

You're not missing anything, none of the EWAR skills trained to 5 unlock any new skills or modules. They're purely performance increases (range/cap/magnitude). Bittervet-only, IMO.

Train every ewar skill to 4, doesn't take too long anyway.

well.. technically one does, but it depends on if you are interested in having that skill. Not sure it matters for most folk, or even myself, but I trained it.What?

Technically true, you're right. However the only use for that skill is to be able to fit carrier-only Projected ECM Burst modules. Those who can fly and fit a carrier, should be capable of answering this question themselves. :)
