I posted this here as I don't know where else to post it. I made a petition early Monday morning about a payment issue, I payed for 2 months on and alt but account was disabled after one, and I'm still waiting for a reply. My first petition on Sunday morning seems to have been lost in the ether as it never appeared on the "My Petitions" page. So how long should I expect to wait for this petition to be answered? A few days? A week? More than a week? Will I be reimbursed for all the skillpoints I've been unable to train because of this wait time?
